GUEST SERVICES

We have two locations. The kiosks are located by the family services area on the main (near section 106) and upper (near section 212) concourses.
Yes, these are located outside of section 106 and section 212
Yes, all premium spaces are equipped with ADA seating.
Yes, services must be scheduled in advance.  Please contact us at [email protected] for additional information at least 48 hours in advance. Less notice may result in difficulties fulfilling the request.
Yes, these are located at the Guest Services kiosks.

Yes. We will have sensory rooms, and these are located at Sections 106, Suite Level, and Section 212. Sensory bags will be located at Guest Services Kiosks as well.
Sensory bags include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and a feeling thermometer.
Yes, the captioning will be located on the ribbon board and through your personal smartphone device.

TICKETING SERVICES

Vision impaired seats are reserved lower in lower 20 rows
o Hearing-impaired seating will be available in the lower bowl 
o Short-term mobility seating is available in each section on the aisles  
o Interpreter services will be provided when requested 48 hours in advance; less notice may result in difficulties fulfilling the request.
Yes, at our Guest services kiosks
Wheelchair escort service will be available at each entrance.
Please be aware that our personnel cannot remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in or keep the wheelchair for the duration of the event.
Yes, these are found in each of the following areas:
Sections 103, 104, 105, 109, 112, 114, 115, 117, 205, 210, 214, 217, 222

Each Wheelchair accessible seat can purchase one companion seat
Be advised that UBS Arena personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.

SECURITY & PARKING

Yes, we will have ADA parking in all lots (for purchase on Ticketmaster, must have the placard.)
ADA accessible shuttles will run from Emerald Parking to the Arena. If necessary, an escort can be requested from Rideshare to the building.
Medical Bags will be allowed within UBS Arena but will have to undergo additional security screening & there will be a bag size limit.
We will provide information closer to our opening date.
Yes, we have a drop-off at our rideshare area, located on the arena’s north side, accessible from Exit 26D.
We will have a dedicated ADA entrance lane at each entrance.

FOOD SERVICE

Every concession stands and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest staff member.
Yes, at the following: Sections 101, 106, 107, 108, DIME Club, 117, Suite Level, 201B, 210, 212, 214
For special dietary needs, please check out our concession options on our concessions page which will be available closer to our opening date

SERVICE ANIMALS

If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact UBS Arena at [email protected]  We offer seating locations throughout the arena that will provide a dedicated space for the animal.

We will also have a dedicated animal relief center available.
