Vision impaired seats are reserved in the lower 20 rows
Hearing impaired seating will be available in the lower bowl.
Short-term mobility seating is available in each section on the aisles.
Interpreter services will be provided when requested 48 hours in advance; less notice may result in difficulties fulfilling the request.
Wheelchair seating is located in each of the following sections: 103, 104, 105, 109, 112, 114, 115, 117, 205, 210, 214, 217, 222.
Any person who purchases a wheelchair accessible seat may purchase one companion seat.
For all other events please send an email to [email protected] to request captioning at least 48 hours in advance. Less notice may result in difficulties fulfilling the request.

Both Family Services areas include a Family Lounge, where there will be bottled room temperature water, baby wipes and diapers.

Medical bags will be allowed within UBS Arena and will have to undergo additional security screening. There will be a bag check service offered for all other bags located on the north side of the arena before entering.
Guests may also text 205–827-4357 (205-UBS-HELP) to request on-demand transportation from the three train stations servicing UBS Arena (Belmont Station, Elmont – UBS Arena Station, Queens Village Station) and the four UBS Arena parking areas (Diamond, Silver, South, Emerald).
Diamond Parking
There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible vans are available for transportation from Diamond Parking to the arena.
Silver Parking
There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttles, including dedicated accessible vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Silver Parking to the arena.
South Parking
Guests with disabilities who have designated parking in South Parking will be directed to the accessible parking spaces located in Diamond Parking or Silver Parking.
Emerald Parking
There are 36 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttle vans and buses, including two dedicated shuttle vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Emerald Parking to the Arena.
ADA-accessible shuttles will run on a regular schedule while parking areas are open. Parking opens 2 hours prior to events and closes 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated. Please note that all guests with disabilities who park in the accessible parking spots must have a valid disabled parking permit and/or plate on their vehicle.
There are single stall restrooms near sections: 101, 106, 107, 108, Dime Club, 117, The PitchBook Suite Level, 201B, 210, 212, 214.
There are changing tables in every restroom.
