UBS Arena is committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all guests. Please see our Accessibility Guide below to answer any questions you may have about our accessible services, programs, and policies.

UBS Arena team members will guide guests with mobility challenges to their seating location and to other amenities at UBS Arena.  If necessary, a wheelchair can be provided.  Escort services are available at each entrance to UBS Arena. Please note that our staff cannot remain with you during the duration of the event.
Accessible options are available to purchase through Ticketmaster.
Vision impaired seats are reserved in the lower 20 rows
Hearing impaired seating will be available in the lower bowl. 
Short-term mobility seating is available in each section on the aisles.
Interpreter services will be provided when requested 48 hours in advance; less notice may result in difficulties fulfilling the request.
Wheelchair seating is located in each of the following sections: 103, 104, 105, 109, 112, 114, 115, 117, 205, 210, 214, 217, 222.

Any person who purchases a wheelchair accessible seat may purchase one companion seat.
UBS Arena recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and New York State accessibility mandates. Please be advised that wheelchair and companion seating is for guests with disabilities and their companions. UBS Arena reserves the right to take appropriate action up to and including investigation, relocation, ejection, or season ticket revocation for accessible seating ticket fraud. Accessible seating ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining accessible seating.

Assisted Listening Devices are located at the Guest Services kiosks. Closed captioning will be located on the ribbon board and through your personal smartphone device for all New York Islanders events.

For guests parking in Emerald Parking, there is a drop-off point in the rideshare area, located on the arena’s north side, which can be reached from Exit 26D off the Cross Island Parkway.
There are several elevators available to use, located at the spaces below.

Trained Guest Services and Security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, and employees at UBS Arena. In an emergency, guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.
There is a dedicated entrance lane for guests with disabilities located at the Main Entrance of UBS Arena.
Family Services are located outside of section 106 and section 212.
Both Family Services areas include a Family Lounge, where there will be bottled room temperature water, baby wipes and diapers.
Fully equipped first aid stations staffed with registered nurses are located on the main and upper level concourses, across from sections 107 and 224/324. Please ask the nearest team member should you require assistance.
Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest staff member.

There is Mobility Device Storage at the Guest Services kiosks. 
Medical bags will be allowed within UBS Arena and will have to undergo additional security screening. There will be a bag check service offered for all other bags located on the north side and south side of the arena before entering.
There are two Guest Services kiosks. They are located by the Family Services areas on the main concourse (near section 106) and the upper concourse (near section 212).
UBS Arena staff members will be stationed in each parking area to assist guests and to arrange for escort and on-demand ADA-accessible transportation to the arena.
Guests may also text 205–827-4357 (205-UBS-HELP) to request on-demand transportation from the three train stations servicing UBS Arena (Belmont Station, Elmont – UBS Arena Station, Queens Village Station) and the four UBS Arena parking areas (Diamond, Silver, South, Emerald).
We have designated parking available for guests with disabilities.

Diamond Parking
There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible vans are available for transportation from Diamond Parking to the arena.

Silver Parking
There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttles, including dedicated accessible vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Silver Parking to the arena.

South Parking
Guests with disabilities who have designated parking in South Parking will be directed to the accessible parking spaces located in Diamond Parking or Silver Parking. For any guests who park in South Parking but require additional assistance, ADA-accessible golf carts will be available for on-demand transportation from South Parking to the Arena.

Emerald Parking
There are 36 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttle vans and buses, including two dedicated shuttle vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Emerald Parking to the Arena.

ADA-accessible shuttles will run on a regular schedule while parking areas are open. Parking opens 2 hours prior to events and closes 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated. Please note that all guests with disabilities who park in the accessible parking spots must have a valid disabled parking permit and/or plate on their vehicle.

All premium spaces are equipped with seats to accommodate guests with disabilities.
There are accessible restrooms near the following sections: 101, 106, 107, 108, DIME Club, 117, Suite Level, 201B, 210, 212, 214. 
There are single stall restrooms near sections: 101, 106, 107, 108, Dime Club, 117, Suite Level, 201B, 210, 212, 214.
There are changing tables in every restroom.
If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, please email [email protected] not later than 48 hours prior to the event. There are seating locations throughout the arena providing a dedicated space for your service animal. There is a pet relief area located in the plaza North of the Great Hall / Main Entrance.
We have three sensory rooms, located at section 106, section 212, and on the Belmont Suite Level near Suite 34. Sensory bags will be located at Guest Services kiosks as well. Sensory bags include noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and a feeling thermometer.
The Isles Lab Team Store and all concourse merchandise stands are wheelchair accessible.
UBS Arena offers ADA-accessible shuttle buses to and from the Queens Village station and the Elmont – UBS Arena Station.
Guests can also text 205–827-4357 (205-UBS-HELP) to request ADA-accessible on-demand transportation from the three train stations servicing UBS Arena (Belmont Station, Elmont – UBS Arena Station, Queens Village Station).
Water fountains are located on the main and upper concourse levels across from section 112 (to the left of the elevator) and section 210/310.
