GENERAL ADMISSIONS TICKETHOLDERS
No loitering or camping at any time on or off campus; violators will be considered trespassing.
Pre-Check In Wristband
- Guests may pick up a numbered wristband to secure a place in line for pre-check in during the dates/times listed below.
- The pre-check wristband is not a requirement for entry to the show. It is an option as there is no camping allowed.
- This wristband is separate from the GA entry wristband distributed at arena doors (5:30 PM).
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and event ticket. Please note, if you purchased a resale ticket, a confirmed transfer is necessary.
- Although the tickets may not release until the day of show, the seller can choose to transfer the tickets to the guest. A countdown clock will show on your Ticketmaster account for release of the ticket. Proof of purchase or email confirmation will not be accepted in place of a ticket.
- Any form of ticket can be presented to get a numbered wristband (i.e. in-app, phone wallet, print).
- If you have GA tickets to both shows, you may pick up a pre-check wristband for both shows on the same day.
- A record of wristband number, name, and phone number will be kept to avoid duplication.
- Wristbands will be distributed in numerical order.
- Guests must be present at distribution—no pick-ups for others.
- At the end of each day, the total number of wristbands distributed will be posted on UBS Arena’s social media @ubsarena.
- If you are picking up a pre-check wristband a day or more in advance of your show, you must leave the campus after you receive it:
- Friday, 10/24: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Guests must leave the campus once their wristband is received and may return on the date of their show. Guests with numbered wristbands may begin lining up at 4:30 PM on the date of their show.
- Saturday, 10/25: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Guests picking up a wristband for Sunday’s show must leave the campus once their wristband is received and may return on Sunday. Guests with numbered wristbands may begin lining up at 4:30 PM.
- Sunday, 10/26: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Guests with numbered wristbands may begin lining up at 4:30 PM.
- The UBS Arena wristband becomes void once your ticket is scanned and you receive your GA entry wristband.
- Fan-made or non-UBS Arena wristbands will not be honored.
Pre-Check In Lineup
- Ticketholders can access our campus starting on Friday, 10/24 at 6:00 AM. There will be no access allowed prior to that time.

- Lineup begins at 6:00 AM at Gate 2. Wristband distribution takes place:
- Friday, 10/24: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday, 10/25: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday, 10/26: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Entry to our campus is through Gate 2 only at 6:00 AM daily (10/24–10/26). Gate 2 is located off Hempstead Turnpike, across from the Belmont Park Garage.
- Ticketholders may pick up wristbands for both shows starting on Friday.
- There will be one line outside that will separate by show day once you reach the pre-check wristband area.
Day of Show Line
- GA ticketholders with a numbered wristband for that show day are able to form a line starting at 4:30PM on their show day on Saturday & Sunday.
- The pre-check numbered wristband secures your spot in line until 5:00 PM on your ticketed show date.
Additional Information
- If you are driving to the arena:
- Complementary parking is available for Friday only.
- Parking is available for purchase on Saturday & Sunday.
- Restrooms are available inside Belmont Hall Friday 10/24 – Sunday 10/26 starting at 6:00AM
- Doors for the show open at 5:30PM and the show begins at 7:00PM.
- ADA guests will line up with other guests. There will not be a separate line. Accommodations will be based on need.
