PARKING
General information
Parking is available for purchase prior to events via Ticketmaster.
- Ticketmaster displays all parking lots available for purchase for each event. Available lots vary by event. If a parking lot is not shown, it is either sold out or unavailable for that event.
- Verified resale parking may also be available through Ticketmaster.
- Purchase of parking in advance is strongly encouraged for all UBS Arena events.
- For concerts, prices will increase $5 – $10 when purchased at the arena parking lots.
- We cannot verify the validity of parking tickets or passes purchased through third-party resellers. To ensure a valid purchase, we recommend buying parking and event tickets only through Ticketmaster.
- General paid parking is available on event days at Emerald Parking, located off Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D.
- General paid parking is not available for purchase in Diamond and Ruby lots.
UBS Arena parking lot access points:
- Emerald Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D
- Belmont Park Garage Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26A
- Silver Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
- Diamond Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
- Ruby Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
Please be aware that parking on many residential streets near the Arena is prohibited. We encourage all visitors to be aware of local parking rules.

Policies guidelines
The lease with Empire State Development prohibits tailgating at UBS Arena.
The following vehicles are not permitted to occupy lined parking spaces:
- Limousines
- Buses
- Taxis/black car services/ride share drop-offs and pickups
Bus/Limo/Oversized Vehicle Parking
Oversized vehicle parking is available for pre-purchase. The vehicle would enter at Gate 5 Road off of Hempstead Turnpike and drop off guests in Silver C lot before proceeding to the designated parking area. If you have any additional questions regarding arrival and departure of oversized vehicles, please email [email protected] no less than 72 hours prior to an event
Hours of operations
Parking opens 2 hours prior to doors opening and closes 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated.
Accessible parking
We have designated parking available for guests with disabilities. We encourage guests to purchase parking in advance online.
Diamond Parking
There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible vans are available for transportation from Diamond Parking to the arena.
Silver Parking
There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttles, including dedicated accessible vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Silver Parking to the arena.
Belmont Park Garage
There are accessible parking spaces in Belmont Park Garage with adjacent access aisles.
Emerald Parking
There are 36 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttle vans and buses, including two dedicated shuttle vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Emerald Parking to the Arena.
ADA-accessible shuttles will run on a regular schedule while parking areas are open. Parking opens 2 hours prior to events and closes 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that all guests with disabilities who park in the accessible parking spots must have a valid disabled parking permit and/or plate on their vehicle.

Ride share
Rideshare drop off and pick up location, in addition to the general drop off and pick up location, is accessed via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D only and is located on the north side of the arena.
