Quick tips
- We recommend taking the LIRR to and from UBS Arena. ~ 30-minute direct train service to Elmont-UBS Arena Station is available from Grand Central Madison and Penn Station.
- To check train schedules, please visit MTA.info or download the TrainTime App.
- If you plan to drive, purchase parking in advance and check which Cross Island Parkway exit you need to take to access your parking area.
- Free shuttles are available between UBS Arena, Emerald Parking, and Elmont-UBS Arena Station.
Public Transportation
Elmont – UBS Arena Station
- Fare: Zone 4
- Location: North of campus, short walk (10-15 min) to arena or accessible by free shuttle
Direct service from Grand Central Madison to Elmont-UBS Arena Station is available. You can get to UBS Arena from Grand Central and Penn Station in approximately 30 minutes.

Driving / Parking
UBS Arena has 5 parking areas, which can only be accessed via the Cross Island Parkway:
- Belmont Park Garage Exit 26A
- Diamond, Ruby, and Silver Parking Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
- Emerald Parking Exit 26D
We strongly encourage you to purchase parking ahead of time through Ticketmaster.
- Ticketmaster displays all parking lots available for purchase for each event. Available lots vary by event. If a parking lot is not shown, it is either sold out or unavailable for that event.
- Verified resale parking may also be available through Ticketmaster.
- General paid parking is available on event days at Emerald Parking, located off Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D.
- General paid parking is not available for purchase in Diamond and Ruby lots.
- For concerts, prices will increase $5 – $10 when purchased at the arena parking lots.
- We cannot verify the validity of parking tickets or passes purchased through third-party resellers. To ensure a valid purchase, we recommend buying parking and event tickets only through Ticketmaster.
- ParkWhiz parking passes purchased on or before June 30 remain valid for arena events through November 2026.
We encourage guests who are driving to input their parking area into their GPS for the best experience, as follows:

Please be aware that parking on many residential streets near the Arena is prohibited. We encourage all visitors to be aware of local parking rules.
Ride share/dropoff
- The rideshare & drop off / pick up location is located on the north side of the arena and is only accessible via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D and Green Road.
- Guests waiting for their rideshare to arrive can charge their phones in our Rideshare Waiting Area, located on the main concourse by section 118.
