How it works
Amazon’s Just Walk Out shopping experience is made possible by the same types of technologies used in self-driving cars: computer vision, sensor fusion, and deep learning. It detects what fans take from or return to the marketplace. When fans complete their shopping experience, they are able to just leave the marketplace and their credit card will be charged for the items they took. Fans will not be charged until they leave the marketplace.
