General Admission VIP Policy
- General Admission VIP ticket holders may lineup at the BMW Entrance (located on the SE quadrant) no earlier than 9AM on show day.
- GA VIP ticketholders will receive numbered wristbands.
- GA VIP Check-in will open at 12PM on show day.
- Loitering overnight will not be permitted. Fans may not line up earlier than 9AM on show day. Guests who arrive prior to 9AM will be asked to leave.
Dropoff & Pickup | Map
- If you’re dropping off a guest, use Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D and navigate to the dropoff area via Green Road.
- If you’re picking up a guest, use Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D and navigate to the Emerald Parking lot following signs for Pickup Area.
- For the safety of all guests, pickup and dropoff are not permitted on Hempstead Turnpike.
Shop early for merch
- Located outside the NE Entrance on the plaza
- Tuesday, April 25 2pm-8pm
- Complementary parking available in Silver Parking
- Wednesday, April 26 & Thursday, April 27 10am-post show
- Complementary parking will be available in Silver Parking from 8am-3pm for guests who are only shopping for merch and then leaving.
