Coming to a New York Islanders game or an event at UBS Arena? If you are an American Express® Card Member, bring your Card to the event and receive exclusive access to enter UBS Arena through the dedicated American Express Card Member Entrance.
The dedicated Card Member Entrance at UBS Arena is located at the Northwest Entrance of UBS Arena.
The American Express Card Member Entrance is accessible for designated events at UBS Arena including all New York Islanders home games and major sporting and entertainment events. Access Policy applies.

Access through the American Express Card Member Entrance at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, NY is available only to American Express Card Members. To gain entry to UBS Arena through the American Express Card Member Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a: Valid American Express Card along with a valid event ticket*
*All active American Express Card Members are permitted entry to UBS Arena via the Card Member Entrance for themselves and all guests in their party, provided all guests have a valid event ticket.
The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated events at UBS Arena including all New York Islanders home games as well as major sports and entertainment events.
Access through this entrance begins once all general doors to the arena open for each event. Doors for New York Islanders games open 90 minutes prior to the event start time, and vary for concerts, family shows and other sports events. Exact opening times can be referenced on a per-event basis at UBSarena.com.
